Privacy Policy
ACTIVATING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
To activate your subscription, you need to sign the quote. Your signature constitutes an agreement to begin service at the quoted amounts effective on the date signed and according to our terms and conditions. Payment is due upon receipt of your initial invoice and failure to pay an invoice after due by 5 days will result in the immediate suspension of your Subscription and any other related services. If the failure to pay continues for over 15 days, we will have the right to terminate our agreement without notice or the need for any judicial or other action.
OUR FEES SHALL BE
- Payable in the currency set out in the quote without any deduction on account of tax (withholding or otherwise) is non-cancellable and non-refundable unless we breach any of our obligations under this Agreement; are exclusive of VAT, which shall be added if applicable at the appropriate rate and paid at the same time as the fees.
- You acknowledge that we (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the custom-developed operational software, framework services, and internal documentation, except as expressly stated within the Agreement
- We do not grant you any rights to, or in, patents, copyrights, database rights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks 2073858 B | Baabda, or any other rights or licenses concerning the methods used to provide agreed-upon services.
- All intellectual property, including but not limited to your logo, products, branding, patents, copyright, database rights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (registered or unregistered), or any other rights are your property.
- You are the sole owner of any data collected in performing this Agreement.
- We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all personal data collected and processed concerning this Agreement.
- Looking after the personal data collected is our main priority and any breach of the said obligation will be considered a material breach of the Agreement.
- The Provider will comply with all GDPR Data Laws.
- We will supply you with our standard customer support services during Normal Business Hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Lebanon Time) following our Support Services Policy, in effect the services are provided.
- We may amend the Support Services Policy at our discretion from time to time.
- You may purchase enhanced support services separately at our then-current rates in a separate agreement with us if you wish to benefit from additional support services.
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed by the substantive laws of Lebanon.
- The company
All disputes arising out of or in connection with our Agreement, including disputes regarding its conclusion, validity, binding effect, amendment, termination, or rescission, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Lebanon - Beirut.
